Mr. Campbell has conducted over twenty thousand closings and over five thousand foreclosures in the past thirty years. We are committed to use all the current technologies to further that endeavor. We are online with Lenstar, NewInvoice, NewTrak, IClear, NewImage, Vendorscape, and Pacer. We have also implemented a custom foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction tracking software program so that we are able to handle all your needs effectively and efficiently. In addition to our attorneys, we have a highly experienced team of legal assistants with proficiency in all areas concerning foreclosure, evictions, bankruptcy, and REO closings.

Our firm handles foreclosure, bankruptcy, and eviction matters throughout the state of Georgia. We do not handle work in other states although we are members of the National Foreclosure Professionals Network and we can associate excellent counsel in most other states if necessary.

REO’s

As a result of having such a strong foreclosure department, we have shaped a separate department for REO re-sales, directed by Jill Elliott in our Alpharetta office. We have observed the shift in the Real Estate market and many clients are looking for a “one stop shop” firm. The objective is to merge the foreclosure, eviction and REO services and streamline the process with more efficiency.

The firm now has three offices, nine attorneys, thirty-four staff members and it represents a growing base of national and local lenders.
