Ashley Ledford Culberson, born in Gainesville, Georgia and a native of Toccoa, Georgia, graduated from the University of Georgia summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science (2002) and the University of Georgia School of Law cum laude (2005).
Ashley served as an Assistant District Attorney for several years in the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Covington, Georgia and later in Fulton County where she prosecuted major felony cases. She also worked for Attorney General Sam Olens in the Public Safety Division of the Attorney General’s Office. In addition to her litigation experience, Ashley gained practical real estate experience at Old Republic Title acting as a Qualified Intermediary for § 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.
Ashley represents purchasers, sellers, lenders, developers, investors, and businesses in a variety of residential real estate transactions. She is active in the legal community and is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia
Ashley, and her husband Blake, live in Brookhaven with their two young daughters. When she is not spending time with her family, Ashley enjoys running and working out with her friends at Operation Bootcamp where she has been an instructor for seven years. Ashley is also an active member of Buckhead Church where she volunteers in the church’s preschool ministry.
