Laura Suggs is an attorney in Campbell & Brannon’s default department where she manages the day-to-day operation of the foreclosure and title curative departments. Her primary practice areas include pre-foreclosure procedures, title review and examination, title curative, manufactured home curative, and real estate litigation. She represents companies in a wide variety of complex civil litigation matters, contract disputes, real estate, and quiet title actions. In January 2018 she was recognized by DSNews as one of the Top 25 Women of Law.
Laura was born in Chicago, Illinois, but raised in Augusta, Georgia. She attended Emory University where she received her B.A. in History with a minor in French. After Emory, she garnered experience in insurance defense law working for a defense firm, Tucker Long, P.C., in Augusta, Georgia. She attended law school thereafter where she spent a significant amount of her time working in the Georgia State University Tax Clinic. Upon graduation from Law School, she worked for a real estate closing firm before opening her own firm in 2006. She has been with Campbell & Brannon since 2013.
Laura is married and spends nearly every weekend fishing with her husband, Greg, and their two dogs.
