Zachary G. McElveen
Zachary G. McElveen was born in Gainesville, Georgia. Zach earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University in 2000. Zach graduated from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2006. His practice focus is on residential real estate transactions, which includes representing purchasers, sellers, lenders, builders/developers, investors (both domestic and foreign), and businesses. Zach’s commercial practice includes the representation of clients in the formation of corporations and LLCs and land development. He regularly writes and lectures on current legal topics affecting the residential real estate community in the greater Atlanta area.
Zach lives in Sandy Springs with his wife Kylie, their son Watson, and their dog Bea. Zach enjoys spending time at their mountain home in Cashiers, North Carolina and outdoor activities.
Admitted to bar 2007, Georgia and 2015, North Carolina.
