A Georgia native through and through, Erik was born and raised in Milton before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) and his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. Erik joined Campbell & Brannon in the fall of 2024 and since then, he’s been busy clearing title, helping clients through closings, and making sure every transaction gets across the finish line as smoothly as possible.
With a strong background and interest in transactional law, real estate law felt like a natural fit — it combines his attention to detail and ability to problem-solve with a genuine enjoyment of helping people through one of life’s biggest milestones. Whether he’s working with first-time homebuyers, seasoned agents, or builders, Erik brings a calm, steady presence to the closing table and always aims to keep the process efficient, clear, and stress-free.
Erik lives in Chastain Park with his fiancée and their husky, who can often be seen taking them for walks around the park. When he’s not in the closing room, Erik enjoys golfing, skiing, trying new restaurants around Atlanta, and seeing live music.
