Campbell & Brannon currently has openings for the following full time positions:
Seeking smart dynamic attorneys with previous experience in real estate. Willing to train a candidate who has commercial real estate experience.
Seeking self-directed title experts. Tasks include: Reviewing title exams, drafting affidavits and legal descriptions, reviewing corp/trust/probate documents, communicating with underwriters and fully clearing title exams for closing. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Some closing firm experience required. Duties include: disbursing loan packages back to the lender, e-recording, returning recording documents and handling post closing questions.
Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in preparing residential settlement statements, communicating with lender closers, drafting closing documents, printing checks and issuing title policies. Previous use of SoftPro Select preferred but not required. Strong multitasking, organization skills, dedication to customer service, and team-orientated attitude are a must.
Candidates should have one or more years of experience working as a residential real estate pre-closer and familiar with the entire pre-closing process. The applicant must have the ability to professionally communicate with clients, work both independently and as part of a team and provide exceptional customer service. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential.

Looking for industrious, enthusiastic people-people to address the needs of our clients, identify and pursue opportunities. Candidate must have some working knowledge of the residential real estate process. An ideal candidate would be a real estate agent with a marketing background looking to support the home-buyer process from the closing attorney side. Previous experience with event planning, social media a plus.
This position requires a dynamic, personable, multi-tasking candidate who can greet clients for closing, answer incoming calls, handle administrative office duties to ensure a smooth front-of-house experience. May also help to enter data for incoming contracts and closing orders. Understanding of the real estate closing process a plus.
