Emily Smith grew up in the Free Home community of Cherokee County and has called Georgia home since the first grade. A graduate of Sequoyah High School, Emily attended Oxford College of Emory University, where she earned an Associate of Arts in Political Science, before earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Emory University. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law.

Emily focuses her practice on residential real estate and is committed to providing agents, buyers, sellers, and lenders with a smooth and enjoyable closing experience. Her deep roots in North Georgia and extensive knowledge of the real estate closing process allow her to bring a thoughtful, practical approach to every transaction.

Emily is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, including its Real Property Law Section and Elder Law Section, and the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA).

Emily lives in Roswell with her husband, Brandon. They have three children and three rambunctious dogs. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys reading, writing, gardening, and Orangetheory Fitness.
