Frank has a passion for commercial real estate transactions. He cut his teeth working in-house for a shopping center developer negotiating leases with big box retailers and development loans with regional and super regional banks. Frank has experience with nearly every class and size of commercial real estate deals from self-storage facilities to medical office buildings to convenience stores, as well as experience with landlord- tenant negotiations. He specializes in custom transactions for high net worth individuals.

He also has developed retail projects and invests in commercial real estate. He plays golf (poorly), runs (slowly), and lifts weights (occasionally). He enjoys time with his partner Karla and their mini poodle – Charley Girl. He has made numerous, unsuccessful, and tragic attempts to be useful in the kitchen, all to no avail.
