Jason C. Lane serves as an attorney with Campbell & Brannon, where he focuses on real estate closings throughout North Georgia. He is committed to providing buyers, sellers, lenders, builders, and real estate professionals with a smooth, efficient closing experience while delivering practical guidance and responsive client service throughout the transaction.

Jason earned both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Georgia, where he also began his legal career serving as an attorney for the University. During that time, he developed experience in real estate, property matters, and transactional work before entering private practice in Atlanta, where he concentrated on residential real estate closings.

Jason later expanded his legal experience through corporate counsel roles with UPS Supply Chain Solutions, The Home Depot, and Chewy. In those positions, he advised on contracts, operations, supply chain and logistics, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial transactions. His broad legal background provides valuable perspective in helping clients navigate real estate and other transactions efficiently and effectively.

In addition to his real estate closing practice with Campbell & Brannon, Jason continues to serve clients through Lane Law, LLC, where his practice includes contract drafting, review and negotiation, estate planning and administration, non-closing real estate matters, and fractional general counsel services for businesses.

Jason was born and raised in Georgia and currently resides in Blue Ridge with his dog, Max. He loves North Georgia and the people who live there. When not working, Jason loves to spend time with his friends and family, travel as much as possible, enjoy all that North Georgia has to offer, including all the great restaurants and wineries, and cheer on the Braves, Falcons and Dawgs!
