Jonathan Laster serves as the Managing Attorney of Campbell & Brannon’s Braselton office, where he is committed to providing exceptional service and trusted legal counsel to homebuyers, sellers, lenders, builders, developers, and real estate professionals throughout Northeast Georgia.

A seasoned real estate attorney with more than 25 years of experience, Jonathan has built his career representing clients across virtually every facet of residential real estate law. His extensive background includes residential and commercial closings, corporate relocation transactions, REO and foreclosure matters, homeowners’ association law, and title-related issues. In addition to practicing with several respected boutique real estate firms, Jonathan successfully operated his own law practice in Watkinsville, Georgia, for more than a decade.

Jonathan also served as an editor for a publisher of legal texts, further reflecting his deep knowledge of real estate law and commitment to the profession.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of the Cumberlands, where he majored in Political Science and English. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994.

He is admitted to practice law in Georgia and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, including its Real Property Law Section, as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia – Northeast Georgia Chapter.

Jonathan enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and referral partners and is passionate about helping guide them through one of life’s most important transactions. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, listening to music, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
