Kern is a Georgia native who grew up in Valdosta and brings nearly two decades of experience in residential real estate to the closing table. After graduating from the University of Georgia School of Law, she began her career as a trial lawyer focused on civil litigation before discovering a strong passion for real estate—where her judgment, professionalism, and steady presence at the closing table have truly distinguished her. Kern is a member of the Georgia Bar’s real estate section, the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association, and the Cobb Association of Realtors.
