Few attorneys can add “Land Man” to their resume, however, Raymond is not like most attorneys. Raymond began his legal career with a large Augusta firm until he relocated to Montana for a two-year stint writing oil and gas title opinions and negotiating oil and gas leases with landowners all over Big Sky Country. In 1985, Raymond and his wife, Neil, settled in Atlanta where he has since practiced commercial and residential transactional real estate. Raymond managed his own successful practice prior to joining Campbell & Brannon in 2008.

Raymond grew up in Augusta, Georgia. He is especially proud of his “Double Dawg” status, having completed both his undergraduate and law school education from the University of Georgia. Raymond and Neil have three daughters and two grandchildren. When Raymond is not in the closing room or with his family, you can find him on the golf course.

"Raymond always makes the mundane paperwork a little more fun!"

- Karen R.

"Closing attorney Raymond Kearns was not only quick, he was very thorough and so nice to everyone. Really enjoyed my closing experience with him."

- JJ M.

"Raymond Kearns is very good with my clients, answers their questions, and particularly with first time buyers makes them feel at ease. Closing was quick and uneventful just the way I like them. This is because Raymond's staff handles everything that needs to be handled prior to closing so that there are no problems at the closing table."
